The floor expansion joint can be installed at the joint between the floor and the closet to avoid the arching or fracture of the floor due to thermal expansion and cold contraction, and the extrusion deformation of the closet due to the arching of the floor.

The expansion joint of the floor shall be reasonably determined according to the ambient temperature and humidity during paving, floor width, moisture content of the floor, wood materials and paving area. At the joint between the floor and other ground materials, partition shall be carried out (gap 8mm ~ 12mm). When installing the floor heating solid wood floor, ensure that there is a corresponding expansion joint (20mm ~ 25mm) between the floor and the wall.
