OKKI System Training

At 9:00 a.m. on March 7th, we conducted a training activity on the OKKI system for six new employees. The purpose is to enable them to have a full understanding of the OKKI system and use it reasonably, increase their understanding of the business content, and improve their work efficiency.

The main function of this system is to conduct in-depth customer development and record the progress of communication with customers, such as initial contact, sent quotation forms, or developed, second order placement, etc. While the system can send emails to customers, this system can also record things that need to be done but have not yet been completed, greatly facilitating the work of salespeople.

In fact, I have previously sent each new colleague a functional explanation of the OKKI system, and everyone has also studied it. However, due to the complexity of the content, everyone does not have a good understanding. Manager Zhou's speech is lively and easy to understand. Based on this training, I believe everyone can better absorb the main content of this training. I hope everyone can reasonably use this software to improve customer development efficiency and help everyone develop customers more conveniently and better.
