What are the characteristics of  6063 aluminum listello tile trim ?

So 6063 aluminum material is made of 6063 grade alloy.6063 belongs to the 6-series alloy,which is an aluminum,magnesium,and silicon alloy.

The content of mangnesium is 0.45-0.9%,and the content of silicon is between 0.2-0.6%.Although the alloy content is very small,it greatly chanegs the propertries of aluminum.Silicon increases the hardness of the aluminum alloy,and magneisium in creases the coorosion resistance of the aluminum.

The hardness of 6063 aluminum is between 8-12HW,the tensile strength is greater than or equal to 205mpa,the elongation stress is greater than or equal to 170mpa,and the elongation rate is greater than or equal to 7%.This is fairly average among 6-series aluminum alloys.

6063 aluminum has excellent corrosion resistance,and its antioxidation ability can be greatly exerted if it is surface treated.It can be used for more than 25 years in harsh outdoor environments.

6063 aluminum has strong plasticity and good extrusion formability,so 6063 grade is the main grade of extruded profiles.Almost all architectural profiles and industrial aluminum profiles use 6063 aluminum.
